I gave this a 5 star so that people can read this right away. But this doesnt deserve any star at all. I ordered this on Jan 31,2019 and i paid extra shipping fee to get it faster because i need it asap. I recieved it 02/04/2019. I am very disappointed. I bought this becuase it says unlocked. But NOOO its not even UNLOCKED PHONE!!!! I cant even access the phone. It asks the management’s username and password. BESTBUY MUST FIX THIS!!!

Great first I phone. The phone is easy to set up and use. The 32 Gb is good storage and the phone takes good video and pictures. I love the size it can fit into my pocket for day to day use or my clutch for going out.

This refurbished iphone 6s was in excellent condition, and it works great. No scratches anywhere. I stopped by a corporate Verizon store and got a free sim card. Then I stopped by Best Buy, since the phone package did not contain the EarPods it was supposed to have, and then gave me a free pack of Apple EarPods with lightning connector. I'm convinced this is the way to go. Why buy a new phone and pay premium price?

the packaging was not all great but the phone was in good shape but qas disappointment that i didnt have head phones for the phone but workinf great for now

The phone is in excellent condition my sons first iphone he loves it thank u but my son was very unhappy to open his Christmas present and see that the airpods were not included as it says they are suppose to come with the iphone which is why I gave three stars i sell products for a living and I always list everything I sell exactly as its described so i will be calling to get this fixed besides that the phone looked brand new was unlocked and ready to use no issues I bought mint mobile to go with this and it was the easiest set up I've ever had on a phone thanks bestbuy!!!

Please post your $35 restock fee where buyers view the product. I finally found it at a very small link at the very bottom of the page that had multiple other (unrelated) products listed. I would not have purchased from you if I had known. As it is, we paid $35 to return an unlocked phone that stayed in a loop and gave a message to enter the old code that was used before the phone was unlocked. The reason I couldn't set it up is because it was still locked. So, I paid you all $35 for the privilege of being totally frustrated at what should have been an easy set-up and had to drive 70 miles one way to return it. To say that I feel like I've been hoodwinked is putting it mildly. Again, please inform buyers at the product about the restock fee. PS: forget the 25 points...won't need them.

I am very pleased with the quality of the phone. It was in great shape for being an older model. Unfortunately, the battery drains extremely fast. A full charge only lasts about 2 hours with moderate use. With no use, it only lasts about 4 hours. I’ll be sending the phone back for a replacement.

We bought this phone for our son for Christmas. It works very well, we are so glad that we got this phone from Best Buy. So far so good.

Got it as described. Just one scratch on the screen which is common obvious in the pre owned phones.

Easy to use and handle. Good size for smaller children.

Looks good for refurbished phone. Cheapest unlocked iPhone I could find.

Factory refurbished and came with all accessories, but volume key was broken, side vibrate switch was broken. Returned to store.

Phone was in great condition and was easily activated on a Sprint account.

Arrived quickly. Packed well. Unlocked, set up with AT&T and just transferred contacts from smart phone easily. Was a gift to husband. Would have liked a brochure but he’s figuring it all out and loves it. Works great.

I bought a refurbished 6S cell phone from Best Buy and within about 2 months it began to lose power and the black out. The USB Charging Dock Port doesn't work any more. I went to bestbuy they didn't do any thing but they're sent me to Apple Store to check it.

Great purchase and as described. Pre-owned but in really good shaped and not an issue to date. My step-father is really happy with his Christmas gift! :)
