A friendly user phone. The thing is the discerption of the phone is not specified. The phone have some lil bit scratches in the LCD of the phone also the the side and back of phone it has some scratches too..I took some phone of the unit but it’s not that very clear the scratches. I just don’t have time to return because the same day that they deliver I need my send it to my birth country. I’m screw up in this unit.

Phone is nice, only bad thing would be the Battery it gets hot. I can’t use the phone for long.

Shipping was super fast. Phone came in a generic box and with generic charger and charging cable. Phone had a “L” shaped scratch on the screen. Not sure if the scratch occurred during shipping. Shipping bag and box were pretty beat up. Otherwise the phone works great with no issues!

The phone was a bit dirty and would not come off. Otherwise works fine

I would give a five star rating, because it has a great battery life and camera. However, I am not impressed on the internet or filling in chats and applications. The phone doesn’t always type, when you try to type on the web. It is also really slow for loading the web and the zoom on it is not always right. It also doesn’t let you adjust the zoom like the newer phones do. I would still recommend it for someone trying to save money.

The phones I ordered were for the most part fine. However, the description and Answered Questions say that the phone is unlocked and will work with the provider of your choice. This was true with only 4 out of the 5 phones I bought. Also, I could not use the SIM cards that were sent with the phones. I had to purchase new ones. I wish that all of the phones had been as described. A little disappointed that I spent over $200 for something I cannot use. It was after the 14 days when I found this out since I was waiting on the new SIM cards.

Sorry to say the battery is shot that came in it. Also neither the techs at apple and Verizon can not figure out why cellular data and the messaging app doesn't work. Don't know what to do with it. If we mail it back it'll be 2 months without a phone at all. We feel best buy should stand behind the products and replace it. We don't have another$300 to buy another

Overall the phone is in decent shape, a few cosmetic scratches but nothing I'm upset about, Considering I'm only using it for an ipod anyway. Oh and one other thing, the battery seems to be draining rather quickly but I will give it a few more days before I address that issue. Only use it when I'm in the gym or car.

I knew it would have slight imperfections like scratch marks, but what I don't like is the phones backside gets real hot even without charging it. Better off getting a new phone not pre owned.

There were some scratches on the phone itself and I didn’t realize I’d be buying something that actually looked used. It was a Xmas gift for my daughter and it didn’t come with a Sim card. This was not clear in the description either. Overall, the phone works for what it is intended for for a young child.

It had scratches on the back and on the Apple logo I had one scratch and on the camera around it was a little scratch but the phone was A-OK who is in a good condition to use

Overheats a lot even with brand new battery. Don’t forget to buy an apple battery. Lame! Does have a headphone jack. Only uses Bluetooth.

It was a great phone especially for the price but my speaker is damaged and the phone had a few scratches on it

The Touch ID feature does not work and the phone has a tendency to get hot but not worth returning.

After comparing this phone and the new SE. The 7 is was the best choice for the price and storage. There is one blemish scratch on the bottom but can be hidden with a case. I also had to buy a new battery but besides this happy with the purchase.

It came with it a changer chord and a base (both were not apple products), I don't really mind but know yours might not come with apple chargers. The battery was completely dead, and took a while to turn on. After it was fully charged, I started setting up my apple ID & I noticed that the device was heating up (after only using it for approximately 4-5ish minutes), and the battery drains pretty fast. A few days later I did an online chat with an agent, asking if I was able to return it, and you can, but there's a 10% restocking fee for the product. Overall, the phone functions fairly well, the only problems I'm having is with the battery life and the camera photo quality is blurry. I didn't expect the greatest quality as it is preowned and an older version iPhone.

Okay condition for the price. I took it to the Apple store and they verified all components to be in working condition except the screen which was not original.

The Phone looks like a new phone. But after playing you tube songs continuously for about 20 minutes it was very warm and it is not normal like the other phone I owned. I went to return it 2 days before the return window ends, the store clerk said it passed the return window and she even dropped the phone by the counter. I am not happy with this kind of people work there. Its not the store issue, the workers treating customers that way. I will try again to return.

great phone for a great price, unfortunately I wasn’t lucky and it came with a manufacturer issue that would cost me double of its price to get fixed. Luckily the problem showed up in the first week and I was able to return the product. Do a google search on “no service” issue on iphone 7 before getting it, and make sure you can return the product if needed. other than that the phone had no scratches, battery was at 73% and everything else worked perfectly.

Good phone, but it came more that a week late which is fine but would be better to know it was going to come in 2 weeks rather than one.
