They mustn’t have checked it because it was pretty obvious. It took hours to charge and in 30 minutes it would be dead even if it wasn’t being used. In the settings it even failed its own battery diagnostics. Couldn’t return to the store with this stupid plague situation. Had to call and dispute this purchase and fight to get a $10 restocking fee removed on top of that. Had to pay to print a shipping label at UPS to return it. If you want to gamble on this item, here’s all that’s waiting for you. Good luck

Overall a great phone for a great deal. Works just as well as newer Apple phones except camera not the most updated. So if pictures are not super important this is the phone for you. Yes I would purchase this phone again. No remorse.

This pre-owned, refurbished IPhone started giving me trouble one month and three days after I purchased it. The phone works fine, except the occasional screen “glitches”; however, I cannot keep the battery charged now. If it’s at 80%, and it’s been off the charger for an hour, used normally, my battery is down to about 25%. When I am away from a charger, this is very frustrating and inconvenient. Return window is closed! I think they should at least replace this evidently faulty battery for me! I would be nervous about recommending to a friend to purchase pre-owned from Best Buy.

The phone was in really good condition. The phone works well no issues setting the new sim card. I bought another iphone with other vendor and was not good as they said ended up returning it. I would recommend to buy pre owned iphoes from Best Buy. This is the second one I get.

I really like this phone and the price was great. Pre-owned is a great way to get into the iPhone world without busting your budget. The only negative of this phone (and likely most pre-owned phones) is the battery life. If I am using my phone a lot in a day, I cannot make it on one charge. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

I bought a regular iPhone that didn't specify the condition of the phone and it has a lot of problems, I wanted to return it but it wasn't worth paying the restocking fee. I bought this one in excellent condition, a little after and it works much better.

Good phone a lot of memory for pictures and videos. It was almost like new no scratches but one of the speaker don't work the sound only work better with air pods. Make sure to inspect your phone a the time you received it. But other than that the phone work fine.
