Battery on the phone doesn’t last long but as expected for a used phone. As of today, 6 days past the last return date, the phone stopped charging completely.

The product works well, my only complaint is that the battery life is a disappointment. It is drained pretty quickly. Next time I’ll spend on the new phone, since this wasn’t any kind of upgrade except in storage space.

The speakers sound horrible. Battery live 82% and I don’t recommend it

Phone is excellent condition, battery is stating it is severly degraded and in need of service . This results in the phone holding a charge for about two to three hours

the camera is not that good quality for an iphone 8.

Phone died 17 days after the 90 day warranty it was a manufacturer defect not due to misuse. Waste of money.

I purchase this phone January 12th had problems transferring contacts/photos after 2 weeks of frustration, I manually entered my contacts and only a couple of pictures transferred over. 2/16 Now trying to take a picture, I couldn't it shook to bad. Took to best buy to see if they could fix, They state" it needs a new camera part and that i dont have a maintenance agreement, that it would it be $100.00 per hour plus parts to fix camera on a phone i have had for 30 days. THE WORST PHONE EVER

This refurbished phone never did really work. It would lose service constantly. Shut off even when fully charged. Very disappointed from bestbuy. Had to purchase a new phone for my son. Bestbuy couldn't do nothing for me.

The power battery isn’t good. Any time when the power down around 40%, my phone shutdown itself.

Have only had the phone for 3 months and the battery is down to 10 percent after 2 hours of use. Will not buy a preowned phone again.

I just now got a chance to open the package after my father passing away and my son in the hospital and I was going to return but apparently they only give you 2 weeks instead of 30 days to return. I wanted to return because no where in the description did it say that it was a mini iPhone!! This is smaller than my current iPhone 6S!! This is unacceptable! Now I’m out $250.00. I will NEVER do business with again.

Looks brand new but says no service everytime sim is inserted
