Phone was in good condition upon arrival. Functions Properly. Generally pleased with purchase.

The process was so smooth. I bought the phone was was in god Condition

star drop due to fact did not transfer all my apps and data had to redownload a lot of it. Over all like the phone it is actually same a 6+ just easier to use.

We ordered the phone. It was in okay shape but had some visible scratches on back and general wear all over. When we went to pick it up at our local Best Buy store we looked at the phone and chose not to keep it. We bought a new model instead. Beat Buy doesn’t give a rating to individual phones (Good, Excellent, Like New) so you don’t know what you’re getting until it arrives. It’s like Forrest Gump’s momma said, it’s, “like a box of chocolates. You know what yer gonna get...”

I purchased this phone my son recently. Yes, it's an iPhone 8 in 2003, he is in 3rd. No issues what's so ever. few back scratches that not noticeable. The screen has no scratches. Great product.

This phone has been a great purchase. I bought a used, unlocked phone instead of a new one. I saved a lot of money buying a used phone. This phone has worked as expected and has been great.

I recently purchased this used phone on 5/22/19. The phone was delivered to a store location in West Covina, CA. I picked up the phone and it appeared to be in great condition. It generally was in good condition without a scratch, however, people I talk to using the phone complained about my voice coming in and out. In addition to the volume while speaking changing. This is a problem not obvious to the user, as they are not listening to themselves. On my order it states you have 14 days to return or exchange and it gave me the specific date of 6/5/19. I went to exchange it and the employee (cell phone department manager Luz) ridicule me in front of her employees stating that 14 days was actually on the previous day. Mind you I am a very respectful person and I treated her with respect at all times.

However I could not use it on my service for some reason and had to return. I got it at a great price too so I was highly disappointed I could not use it being that I was due for an upgrade and was looking forward to it. The capacity itself is what sold me on it! Wasn’t sure and couldn’t resolve why I could not use my original service.

Phone arrived in new condition, everything works as it should. I was a little nervous buying an unlocked phone. I'd read about people having problems with them. Setup / transfer from old phone went smoothly and only took a few minutes. I'd buy it again.

The iPhone I recieved is in great conditions it has Minor scratches on the corners, but overall it works perfectly well. Hands down would recomend it.

For the money this was a great buy. Have owned IPhones since 4 and needed a phone with more storage. So far I’m pleased but have had only a few days

I was a little concerned about purchasing a pre-owned phone. However, I am pleasantly surprised as the phone seems to be in good condition and without issues. The phone came with a 3rd party charger. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase.

The phine works well. camera works. No original charger.

Love this phone!!! for my first iPhone, its amazing!! other than the battery being a little more used than the rest of the phone, its an awesome product. ill definitely be upgrading from this iPhone on. :)

I checked with Apple and Amazon BUT Best Buy had the best price. Soo, I paid a visit to the store and purchased an iphone8 for $399.00 and paid $20.00 more for pink/gold? When I went back to the store we had a riot of a time laughing because we could not get something or other to work. Mike and Ryan were sensational!

Very satisfied with this purchase and that’s why I purchased through Best Buy; I knew they would not disappoint!! I purchased for my grandson for games! Excellent condition and works great!
