A good budget phone, which serves my needs. It is as good as new.

Light scratches on front but otherwise good buy with 90% battery capacity :) did not come with earbuds or in apple box

Customer service was great, letting us know that the iPhone 8 will not be able to update to higher iOS. Just needed a phone for general entertainment use and can take calls.

Works well bought for my niece no complaints affordable great quality and easy to use. Beat refurbishment I have ever bought. Unlike the last one that is dysfunctional and got no help with correcting the issue from best buy.

I was a little worry for the pre-own thing but overall everything looks brand new pretty good purchase I got it for delivery and I was very fast next day delivery

Purchased refurbished IPhone 8. Phone works fine. Charging code lasted about a week. Bought for $18.99 plus tax what turned out to be a cheap vinyl screen protector which still has bubbles in it & is all ready peeling off. they charged me $8.71 to put it on. Disappointing as I have had no problems with Best Buy purchases before.

Some pros and cons, price reasonable and sometimes battery dies fast

This was a great option for needing to replace an iPhone quickly. My son was going to Costa Rica, and his phone died. This helped us stay in contact.

Its good but battery drains fast but other then that the condition of the phone is like brand new

This iPhone is great. It is loud enough, and the storage capacity was worth the price. I bought it for my dad, and he likes it. He is more of an android person and new to iOS, but he is handling it like a pro.

This was a good buy, I thought at first that I might run into some trouble with a used phone but it works well just a few scratches as mentioned in the description but nothing to bad. I've had it for a month now and am still happy with it.

I got this for my daughter to replace a used iPhone 6 that had a battery that was dying. When we got this one the battery would only charge to 80%, but that was much better than the old one at the time. Now after a year, this phone is saying the battery needs to be replaced. Other than that disappointment, it's an iPhone.

This phone was advertised as refurbished, but the speaker holes were gunked up from the last person and there were HUGE scratches on the phone. It’s almost like the only thing they did when receiving the device was wipe the memory. I’ll definitely not buy another used phone from Best Buy and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so. It’s also worth mentioning that the battery health was below 75 and the phone doesn’t keep a charge but for a few hours.

This iPhone is in a class of its own I love the ease of operation and all the features it has to offer. I consider it to be my mini laptop
