Bought this phone for a Christmas gift for my mother. Phone was in great condition and had no scratches on it at all. For some reason Verizon had a hard time activating the phone but after about 2 hours the phone was activated and working well.

I bought this iphone 8 for my little nephew, he' still using it like a brand new iphone.

Honestly the phone came in good conditions works great doesn’t lag or anything !

If you don't need all the bells and whistles the latest iPhone has but need to replace your present one, a refurbished phone is a great option. As usual, Best Buy had a great deal.

The large size of the screen is a major improvement over the much smaller phone that I replaced. It was very easy to transfer the information from the old phone to this model. I am very pleased in how easy it was to upgrade my phone with no downtime or lost data.

I bought this phone after my iPhone 7 Plus broke. I did not want to spend a big amount of money on a phone and this was perfect. The phone looked brand new. Works brand new. I was also able to hook it up with another phone company I went to.

The phone is in nice condition however even though I have it screen locked, it has dialed 911 twice. There a few other glitches I first wrote off as flukes, now I’m not so sure. Even though it was pre-owned, I thought it would be factory new for resale...especially from Best Buy.

Great phone for the price! Flawless in terms of any kind of scratches. Came with a mediocre charging brick and cable, but we have plenty of Apple branded ones as this was for my daugher.
