bought this refurbished and they sold me a phone with a headphone jack that doesn't work properly

But refurbished….screen has scratches. Didn’t even come in original box.

This phone came to me with only 83% battery capacity. I am returning it. I'll let you know how that works out. Hoping there is no restocking fee.

Bought iPhone SE as a gift for my nephew went based by condition review so I didn’t open the box. Unfortunately, is defective and it was too late to returned warranty was expired.

The phone didn’t work the letter o couldn’t press it and it was really hot

So far it’s okay let you know in few days hope it works out good for my granddaughter Christmas

The device worked…all except the mics. I was able to use the phone for everything except making phone calls.

Thr screen came wirh a small scratch by the home button. And arrived later than initially communciated.

Came faster than expected. Phone is aesthetically in perfect condition. However, it doesn't hold a charge long and is very finicky in connecting to charger or airplay. Kind of annoying - but you get what you pay for!

Everything looks fine. Minor scratching on the charging port area but that’s fine for a used phone. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with is that the battery already only has a max capacity of about 80%. I would assume a company like Best Buy gets batteries and other parts in bulk at a discount. I was a little bummed, but it’s still better than my old phone.

A few weeks after I got the phone I had to replace the screen because green lines started appearing, and the battery life sucks, I got a different phone because my last one had awful battery life but this one does too,

Very happy with my new phone. Bought used iPhone and it fits my needs perfectly at good price.

I was happy to find this replacement phone for the one I lost at, I believe, a reasonable cost. Wasn’t happy about the week’s shipping time, but it arrived a day early & packaged well. I’m very pleased that it seems to be in excellent shape & working order.

Love my new phone I wasn’t happy with iPhone 14 and returned it. I like having the reset button. Phone works fine and price was so resnoble.

It works just fine! No issues or problems. He transferred over my stuff pretty easily from my old cracked one. And then included a charger and cord which some sites don’t. Thank you.
