I had the iPhone 8 previously, and I notice that the SE’s operating system seems to be much faster. But the screens quality isn’t the same.

There should be a disclosure on these phones that the battery will need to be replaced by Apple when you receive the phone. The same day that I received my phone, I set it up and noticed that it wouldn’t charge past 50%. So I looked in the settings and there was a battery warning that said, “Your batteries health is in significant decline…” It instructed me to take the phone to an Apple’s retailer to replace the battery because the current battery was at 75% capacity. Apple says that a any of their batteries under 85% capacity must be replaced. Needless to say, I returned the phone because it was obviously defective upon arrival. There are refurbished phones on Amazon for the same price. But those have a warranty and are guaranteed to work well.

Works perfectly all I had to do was input a compatible SIM card.

I purchased this preowned phone and the battery is dead. I spoke to customer service and they won’t replace the battery they told me to return it within 14 days, but I’m out of town and don’t have the packaging to return it. They refuse to help otherwise, just keep saying return it understanding full well I cannot until I get back home. What a rip off of a loyal total care member smh.

Ordered the refurbished iPhone SE for my kids first mobile phone. Arrived faster than promised and looked as good as new. Battery life appears fine and it was unlocked as advertised. I will do this again for our next kiddo!
