Best Buy sells crappy used phones

Anything brand new is good but used, nah. I bought an iPhone SE used. They provide a clear box but phone is wrapped and 3rd party charger. My phone is damaged and full of scratches. Battery age left is 75% which is unacceptable for any grade. I can’t return it because of restocking fee. This purchase is waste of money. I bought another from Amazon that says excellent condition and I almost received a brand new phone for $85 cheaper. My first buy from Best Buy is a huge disappointment. Now I’ve a crap device that I can’t use. Charge holds for 1.5 hr with full charge. Beware of used products from Best Buy.

Great little no frills phone
