Purchased this used phone for my son for Christmas. I was replacing an old iphone 7 plus with this phone. It came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone.

I purchased this phone as a gift for my twelve year old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it! She loves the color and the display quality. I would definitely recommend this phone. It's perfect!!!

The phone is a perfect size. Works great. Even though it’s a refurbished phones, everything was completely like a brand new phone. No complaints !

We purchased the phone for my mother who had been without a phone for a while. It would help us keep in touch with her in case of emergencies. However, when my husband began setting up the phone, it would restart every few minutes, making us unable to set it up or do anything useful with it. When I went to the branch we purchased it from, the people at Geek Squad were very helpful with trying to figure out what was wrong and even refunded us when we found a processing error. Matt was very helpful. I am giving two stars because the item in question was not thoroughly inspected or advertised as malfunctioning when we bought it. If all worked perfectly, I would give 5 stars for the customer service we received.

Home button quit working 3 weeks after purchase. Called customer service who set up an appointment with Geek Squad. Arrived to the appointment and was told due to the battery life at 75% ( what it was when purchased) and it being refurbished that they would not fix it, exchange it, or return it. So basically I wasted over $200 on a piece of trash

Works good best purchase I’ve made only thing is one of the speakers work but it doesn’t bother me cause it’s still pretty loud for a small phone. Thanks bestbuy!

It arrived on time and looks brand new. It's not as big as I thought it would have been. However, I am pleased with my purchase. There are no issues so far, everything works great.

Then lady was sweet I just feel like I paid to much for the phone it’s glitches and the screen moves slow

Just recieved and charged fully to 100%. Checking battery health it was a maximum 77% and a message "your battery's health is significantly degraded. See an Apple authroized service provide to replace battery."

Sold as an unlocked phone and it was not unlocked. Best Buy directed me to the original cell phone carrier to ask management to unlock the phone and because I was not a customer of that carrier, they would not unlock it. Best Buy management told me to wait 90 days and the phone would be unlocked. I asked the manager at Best Buy why did they advertise and sell the phone as unlocked. He had no answer.

Very satisfied with my phone for the price. The store associate helped me right away and was very patient with my issue. I would return to Best Buy again.

looked like a new phone, there were no scratches or scuffs. All buttons and touchscreen worked fine, however the day I purchased the phone the battery health was 93% which was acceptable to me, but then it degraded to 85% within 12 days. I ended up returning it because of that reason.
