Degraded Battery Out of the Box

Checking battery health it was a maximum 77% and a message "your battery's health is significantly degraded. See an Apple authroized service provide to replace battery."

Defective Product

When the sub-standard battery was reported, the Geek Squad would not replace the defective battery unless we forked out $70. My TotalTech Rewards Program does not cover it either. The phone does not connect to a charging cable properly either. I have to jiggle the charging cable to make it charge.
