Received good service w great results of making a new phone purchase

Only purchased this one for limited uses. But its definitely beginning to show its a bit outdated of a model. But overall for our uses, is ok. But best to spend a little more to get a 11

The phone itself (new) is fine, but purchasing pre-owned lead to problems. This device does not hold a charge and it just happened to stop working about 30 days after receiving the device, just outside of the return period. Shady sale, and of course no option to return. Save yourself the money, buy new.

There are permanent smudges on the screen. I am not at all happy about it but I guess you can expect something with a used phone. I also waited like a lil over a week to get it. slow shipping

Sold as an unlocked phone and it was not unlocked. Best Buy directed me to the original cell phone carrier to ask management to unlock the phone and because I was not a customer of that carrier, they would not unlock it. Best Buy management told me to wait 90 days and the phone would be unlocked. I asked the manager at Best Buy why did they advertise and sell the phone as unlocked. He had no answer.

This is my second SE so pretty familiar with the phone.

As always apple phones are the best and last longer

I will be using it as a backup phone. Its not fancy but it has my attention now.
