Lasted just over 3 months

It worked great at first. However, the touch screen is no longer functional after only 3 months of use. Buyer beware.

Immediate issues

Within 1 minute of starting the phone, it would reset itself every 5 minutes. Maybe I purchased a dud, but I returned it immediately. Best Buy was easy to work with and did not charge a restock fee.

My grandson is in tears on Christmas because the phone he wanted is useless. Apparently no longer returnable.

Delayed order from December 19th
