Device quality is practically brand new besides the obvious battery issues that come with age of any device. Fantastic transaction overall and I’ve been recommending friends to go if they need a phone In a pinch

This phone is PERFECT! You would never know it was pre owned!! So happy with it. Would absolutely buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again!

Good place to get pre-owned iPhone

It replaces the older model SE that was stolen by the porch pirate who attacked me for verbally confronting him about not stealing from a neighbor's porch in July.
