Excellent phone, especially for the price. Any questions I had about this phone everyone was very helpful too at the store. I had just lost an iPhone 16 so I wasn’t thrilled about getting another iPhone and I was so surprised about how happy I was with it.

Bought as a replacement for my mother-in-law's (81) phone just like it. She needed one just like her old one so she would be able to work it. Works just like it's brand new! Also customer service was fantastic!! Very patient and understanding when dealing my MIL who is not very good with technology.

It was a real battle to get this phone, which I was excited about. After waiting over an hour (after being assured it was at the Citrus Park store), the clerk told me it was sold. I knew he simply didn’t want to deal with me. I immediately demanded to see a manager and at customer service, she found the phone, that was not sold. He did apologise, with a claim his inventory wasn’t accurate. Sure. However, the following morning, not only did the clock not work, the battery health was quite poor, and the phone got very hot trying to charge it. I returned it immediately, for a full refund.

One month in great phone! No issues. Service was fast and quick when i originally bought it. I am Currently using it over seas using a eSIM card in asia

Just bought this used IPhone described to be in EXCELLENT condition with a battery indication of 71% usable capacity. This should have been assessed and addressed. Apple considers a battery below 80% as "BAD."

Teh phone says excellent condition but when opened it had chunks out of the aluminum frame. BB needs not grade phones this way. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with my return. The condition definitely wasn't excellent. Condition was fair to poor.
