this phone does everything you need it to - at a fraction of new. It still gets updates - and has all of the apple things you love. I prefer using the fingerprint to the faceID anyways - because of deepfakes

This pre-owned is running so much better than my old iPhone. It's everything I needed. I was concerned about the battery health, but after activating the phone, I checked and it was running at 100% (My old phone was down to 80%) What a difference. I would definitely trust BestBuy with pre-owned tech!

This phone though a very old model, does everything I need. Texts, apps, emails, internet, and calls. Love the small size as well.

Bought as a replacement for my mother-in-law's (81) phone just like it. She needed one just like her old one so she would be able to work it. Works just like it's brand new! Also customer service was fantastic!! Very patient and understanding when dealing my MIL who is not very good with technology.

The phone works well and was in good condition. I would give it 5 stars for the phone itself. However, the package it came in was incredibly beat up and the protective case around it was shattered. It cut my finger when i tried opening it. The box even looked like it had been punctured, and it was also not properly sealed. Not sure if this was Best Buy's fault or the package carrier, but it was very unpleasant. It didn't even have any protective foam or anything to protect the phone from damage. Please handle packages with more care since electronics are not cheap.

Needed it for an elderly parent. This is a lifesaver... Highly recommended.

I’m pleased with my pre-owned iPhone purchase. It took me a bit to learn how to use it and needed tge Geek squad to get everything transferred over. All in all it was a good purchase.

Phone looks almost new. Battery life at 99%. The phone is nice and snappy and the cameras are surprisingly good. Can’t beat it for 200$. Amazing value.
