I Payed for this phone outright. I Put my SIM card in and my Phone plan tells me I owed $900 some Dollars still….

Initially I thought I am excited so voice quality is low. I ignored... but later i realize that it’s has defected. Sounds is too low can’t here if I am talking in mall or outside. Bad experience!!!

the phone would not hold the charger at all. As soon as I put it in, it would slide right out. i was extremely disappointed because I have to wait another two weeks for another one.

Best buy didn’t give yo me 10$ reward for this phone. They are lying last year many time. Lying lying lying…

The phone don’t work, don’t ring and the volume don’t work. I buy this phone for christmas to my granddaughter and I’m very disappointed that this phone don’t work. I tad that this phones are check before send it to the customer

This phone did not work when I got it it was already malfunctioning I thought it could just be a glitch but no it’s more than that and for the price it was not worth it.

They lied to me it is new while the phone was preowned. I was kissed when I found out from there website it was not what I paid for as a result I returned it . Don’t lie about what you are selling to the public.

The phone didn't work. The antenna inside was broke and should have been checked before sending to a customer.

The purchase I received was a reported stolen phone then the second phone I received had cracks and scuffed sides . Probably won’t be making no more purchases with Best Buy again.

I bought this phone 1 month ago and now it won't turn on geek squad did a diagnostic and said the phone is perfectly fine and it was just the charger so i bought the exact charger from them they said it needed and still does not work i am very unsatisfied obviously

The way it is on the Best Buy it’s not like when we use most of the parts not working. Not worth for the money.

THE PHONE WAS SCRATCHED!! NO WAY SHOULD OF THIS PHONE BEEN SOLD LIKE THIS. I RETURNED IT AND THEY CHARGED A $45 RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

Do not buy refurbished. Not worth it. Where can I send to get fixed. Audio quits in the middle of phone calls. Updated and reset, continues to do the same.

The phone has a few issues and was definitely a refub. It froze constantly and was an utter nightmare i will not purchase again.

I bought this for my son it has only been 4 months from the purchase date and the phone stopped working

Do not buy used Iphone from Best Buy. Had mine two months touch screen going out. Their warranty sucks. No coverage. Avoid them

iPhone was locked to be use out of the country’ have to pay to unlock’

I don’t like it and it took so long to get it that I had to send my other phone back wish I didn’t have to keep it!!
