Good phone for a 4 year old device. No scratches completely flawless.

I love my new reconditioned phone. The sales associate, Nate, found exactly what I wanted, at a price that was very reasonable. He had it shipped to my home. Process was easy, and I am one very happy customer!

I like the phone itself but for some reason the battery doesn’t hold a charge very long at all. I wonder if it needed a new battery before I bought it since it was preowned.

Works well, came without original charger but it works perfectly good and looks new.

The battery life on the refurbished phone was below 80% and Best Buy charged me a restocking fee. I will buy refurbished again but not through Best Buy

great for to breakout the new come of iPhones, i still have it as one of my backups (even tho i bought it a couple of years ago) it still works great!

Awesome phone! No scratches no dings works amazing! Like brand new device. I read all the reviews I was Leary but I figured a 40 restock fee if I needed to return it was worth the gamble. I am glad I took the gamble. My phones amazing. Not one complaint or problem. A++ also I received it in the mail WAY quicker than it said it would be delivered.

Home screen had small scratches expected with used device, but overall satisfied. Much better cost than new!

An amazing phone, got it as a replacement for my iPhone X w/128GB who's battery when under 80%. Bought it with the Geek Squad program (which they no longer offer on iphone) AND got $80 based on their replacement program.

This phone came in excellent shape! Looks brand new and I had no trouble setting up my metro pcs line to it. The battery came at 94% capacity which is more than I expected. Overall, it was a great buy and the phone is absolutely amazing!

I got it for a gift and she absolutely loves it. She was able to setup her phone and add a provider without any hassle. Overall good product will get again.

This was very good for when it was newer, until iPhone 13-15 have come out. Now the X seems very inferior. I hope it’s not because of Apple making older devices operate slower.
