Good condition , just the battery life is not so great

This was very good for when it was newer, until iPhone 13-15 have come out. Now the X seems very inferior. I hope it’s not because of Apple making older devices operate slower.

Phone works fine - but battery only had 80% capacity

My very old iPhone 6s finally died after almost 7 years, and I wanted "newer but not new," refurbished, without paying Apple Store prices. Best Buy came through with exactly what I needed. The phone is great and is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!

Small but easy to use. Has nice sleek style that’s comfortable for the hands. No marks dents or stains on the phone. Takes good clear pictures.

Had an immediate need. Knew the price was on the high side so when we saw the small screen issue we were not real happy. Took it to Geek Squad to check (we are members)ane for the first time, disappointed with their knowledge of the product and the return policy.

Phone came in 2 days earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated since my old 6s finally died in me. The phone looked great, not really any noticeable scratches or anything. SIM card worked immediately everything was fine EXCEPT for one thing, the Face ID did not work, I tried all the trouble shooting steps, even contacted Apple. Still did not work, so I’m returning and reordering.

Garbage! We bought this phone for our daughter not even two weeks ago and the touch screen doesn’t work and the battery dies within an hour. It’s definitely not refurbished or put through the proper tests. For $500 this is absolute garbage! What really has me upset is that I went online to start my return process and it says it’s past the return date (two weeks)! Obviously I will be fighting this in the store

Love the phone, doesn’t come in the IPhone box nor with the original charger but that’s no problem, had a little scratch on the screen but I got a tempered glass so it’s fine, would recommend, shipping was fast ❤️

Came in very good condition and looks new! setting it up was very easy have had no issues so far and im happy with my purchase I would definitely recommend

Screen was defective after about a week of having this phone. Had to get a replacement for it.

The phone is in great conditions, no scratches, no problems on the screen, battery looks good, I activate it with my own phone company and no issues so far!!! it was a good deal!!

Battery on this does not last the entire day. I know this is a phone but the manufacturer should have known that apps would drain the battery.
