This was a gift for my son and he loved it. There were No scratches or any kind of damage to it. Its also compatible with crickett wireless and we have no problems with the iphone at all.

I was not happy with this Best Buy purchase. The speakers and microphone were not working properly due to dirt. Even when I tried to clean it, it was not in perfect working condition. The battery was at 78% capacity which means it drained quickly and was unreliable. Not to mention the bottom and sides of the phone were a slightly scratched up. For a purchase of over $400, I expected much better. I returned the phone for a full refund and am happy with the Amazon iPhone I purchased instead.

The phone works well but the screen had to be replaced. Other than that good phone.

I was skeptical on purchasing a pre-owned phone. Upon inspection after opening the package, the phone appeared new. There are no visible scratches on the phone. The phones battery capacity was 82% and can only assume this phone was refurbished.

Great price for an unlocked cellphone. This phone was purchased for my daughter's birthday gift and as a teenager, she loves the camera on this phone and all the apple features.

Got this for my little brother because he had gone a while without a phone and when i got him this one he loved it worked well like brand new!

It took way too long to charge upon opening it for the first time. And then the set up took even longer. It took long to charge in general and the battery would drain super fast, even if the most my phone was doing was getting a notification. It didn't seem worth trying to keep it, getting a new battery for it, and then having to get a new Sim card too since the one from my old phone doesn't seem to fit in this phone. There were some scratches on the screen but honestly I was fine with that. It functioned like a phone so it's fine. It just sucks that the battery drains so quick even when I'm NOT really using it. I kinda depend on my phone for background noise to do things and to sleep, and having a phone that pretty much has to always be on the charger just doesn't work for me. Maybe I just got unlucky but it just was not a good first impression with it being dead on arrival, and then taking forever to get to 20%. Hopefully the next one I ordered won't have that same issue with the battery.

DO NOT PURCAHSE THESE PHONES. i bought mine and as im using it in the car it started over heating, the screen actually did not work from the notch sides to slide down for volume and brightnes. took it to apple and they advised me to return it and i did the same day because the battery health was at 79%.

Not too good after 2 months but it's too late to take it back, The screen doe not work sometimes. I found a new one for 100.00 less.

I purchased this phone, and after a week of normal use I noticed the battery life was a bit short. I went to settings to see that the phone's battery was worn out! I contacted CCR, the company that provides the 90 day warranty of this phone and they were 100% unhelpful. They stated that they don't do any repairs or replacements of batteries, and the only thing they could do is send me a replacement Preowned iPhone X that would likely have the same issue of a worn out battery. Best Buy support said they could do nothing about it. I am left here with a non fully functional iPhone, My only options are to get a replacement which as CCR stated will likely have the exact same issues, or pay MORE to get the phone fixed.

Its not like brand new, But its good for just a basic use, Mine had some scretches and its draining battery very fast, But Its okay Product
