there was a little bit of scratches and i have to replace the battery soon but overall amazing :)

Very minor screen defects in the top corner but I barely notice it, does die fairly quickly but overall happy with it.

This, being an Apple phone, still makes it better than a lot of others, but as an upgrade from my iPhone 7, leaves something to be desired. My main peeve is the facial recognition feature, which, if you take off your glasses, it won’t recognize you. If you’re wearing sunglasses, it won’t recognize you. If you’re in a darkened room, it won’t recognize you. You will get so sick of using your passcode. All. The. Time. It sounded pretty cool when that feature was offered, apparently none of us realized the down side. Now I long for the days when I just needed my fingerprint to unlock that thing. My other pet peeve is-why did they change the simple shut down sequence? Now, where there was a one button deal, you now need three? This is progress? Suddenly one step forward, three steps back holds new meaning. But hey, it’s Apple.

Phone is work fine. come with charger, screen is clear ..

Great. Lately, the cell service shuts down. I have to take the SIM card out and reinstall Wonderful storage.

It’s good so far only complaint at this time is that it doesn’t hold a charge for very long .

Purchased for my 17yo after I decided never to get into a device payment plan again . Thw value of this Is awesome. Almost half price what a brand new one cost. It came 2 days late , but to be fair we are in the middle if a pandemic so I'm not too upset about that. It came in immaculate condition, no scratches or dings. The phone would bit get a signal to activate however. I spent almost 8 hours with technical support over a 2 day period and had to go get a new sim card. Neither option helped. The signal bar never showed the phone had a cell signal even though my personal phone on the same account got 5 bars. I returned It with no hassel at all and had to go elsewhere to get another preowned one since bestbuy was out. The new one came and had no issues activating. Thos one was jsut defective.

I finally caved and bought my teenager a phone. She loves it. I like how its just the right size( not too big for your hand and not too small to see what's on the screen). I worried because I bought it used also. It came in and it was in great condition. the only thing that i saw blemished on the phone was the sim card door which someone jammed something in it to open. So far we are happy with our purchase.

It’s shipped very fast but the screen has scratches on it! They aren’t too bad but wasn’t expecting it to have scratches on them.

Ive been using apple product for years now ! And i got this for my mom since she was using an other brand ! And she is obsessed with it now ! Affordable and easy to use ! And the quality is just amzing

It worked for a couple months until the screen started glitching out and was ghost touching. I had the screen repaired, yet i still had the same issue. No one could tell me what was really wrong with it. I was days outside the return window and i was screwed. I was left to pay for the rest if the phone as i paid for it with credit. Will never buy a refurbished phone again.

Pretty good honestly for condition the only thing was the battery health.

Great product, feel as though it is the best. Given 4/5 stars because the company sucks. They overcharge, use a terrible life cycle model that limits their products and harms the environment. Further, I bought this phone because Apple released several mobile phone versions in a year, making this one outdated a bit quicker than normal and with a heavy price drop, justifying my purchase. Credability - MS in Comp Science, BS in Software Engineering, work as a website designer and developed Night Owl Smart Home Products.

Purchased refurbished phone from my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa, Ca. Great product. Prompt service - ready when I arrived and minimal line to wait to receive my pick up. Zero issues with the phone and we’ve been using it for over a month now. Very satisfied. Turned around and purchased the refurbished AirPods also. Zero issues there either. Love it!

the camera and battery life is not the best, but i’m glad i got this phone because the iphone 7 i had before was getting old

I bought it for my daughter and it was in amazing condition. There was no scratch. In fact, it was like a brand new. Battery life was 85% which is very cool. In short, I am grateful that I purchased this phone. I would recommend it.
