My kids are very rough on phones, but they are necessary to have one for easy communication. iPhone 10X was damaged at Busch Gardens on Sunday, ordered preowned iPhone 10X on Tuesday and had it in hand on Thursday! Very fast shipment & phone was in excellent condition. It way very easy to swap sim cards and get back to business!

The iphone is in good condition. The packaging was not great and the charger is off brand.

Bit disappointed in the purchase in the end. Ran into glitches on the screen display and touch screen responsiveness. Apparently there is a hardware update on this model one can get at authorized repair shop.

This, being an Apple phone, still makes it better than a lot of others, but as an upgrade from my iPhone 7, leaves something to be desired. My main peeve is the facial recognition feature, which, if you take off your glasses, it won’t recognize you. If you’re wearing sunglasses, it won’t recognize you. If you’re in a darkened room, it won’t recognize you. You will get so sick of using your passcode. All. The. Time. It sounded pretty cool when that feature was offered, apparently none of us realized the down side. Now I long for the days when I just needed my fingerprint to unlock that thing. My other pet peeve is-why did they change the simple shut down sequence? Now, where there was a one button deal, you now need three? This is progress? Suddenly one step forward, three steps back holds new meaning. But hey, it’s Apple.

Great. Lately, the cell service shuts down. I have to take the SIM card out and reinstall Wonderful storage.

It’s shipped very fast but the screen has scratches on it! They aren’t too bad but wasn’t expecting it to have scratches on them.

The phone is great battery lasts me about 10hours+ the camera isn’t the best but it’s decent

It’s good so far only complaint at this time is that it doesn’t hold a charge for very long .

Great product, feel as though it is the best. Given 4/5 stars because the company sucks. They overcharge, use a terrible life cycle model that limits their products and harms the environment. Further, I bought this phone because Apple released several mobile phone versions in a year, making this one outdated a bit quicker than normal and with a heavy price drop, justifying my purchase. Credability - MS in Comp Science, BS in Software Engineering, work as a website designer and developed Night Owl Smart Home Products.

Purchased refurbished phone from my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa, Ca. Great product. Prompt service - ready when I arrived and minimal line to wait to receive my pick up. Zero issues with the phone and we’ve been using it for over a month now. Very satisfied. Turned around and purchased the refurbished AirPods also. Zero issues there either. Love it!

My son had recently purchased an iPhone 12 and unfortunately he mistakenly left it in and Uber. Once he realized it and called Uber the driver said he had picked up other passengers and the phone wasn’t in the car. So his was a replacement for his lost phone. He says he likes it but it obviously isn’t the iPhone 12.

Pretty good honestly for condition the only thing was the battery health.
