DO NOT PURCAHSE THESE PHONES. i bought mine and as im using it in the car it started over heating, the screen actually did not work from the notch sides to slide down for volume and brightnes. took it to apple and they advised me to return it and i did the same day because the battery health was at 79%.

My phone came looking brand new! The description stated “excellent” condition, and it was next available.. I put it in my cart. Found a rose colored one, and description was ‘minor scratches/ dents. So be assured, if your description states excellent, grab it!

Got this for my little brother because he had gone a while without a phone and when i got him this one he loved it worked well like brand new!

Sadly I had to return this Iphone due to technical problems. The microphone wasn't functioning properly. I couldn't set up Siri or send audio texts. Sometimes the camera wouldn't take photos. The speaker on the phone had a minor crackling noise. Phone calls sounded off. The battery didn't last. Luckily I was able to get a full refund. From this experience, I probably wouldn't purchased a pre-owned phone again.

Not too good after 2 months but it's too late to take it back, The screen doe not work sometimes. I found a new one for 100.00 less.

Needed a new phone for my teenage son and this was perfect. Had all the features we needed at a great price. The Best Buy associate who helped us find this phone was amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the performance of this phone.

I purchased this phone, and after a week of normal use I noticed the battery life was a bit short. I went to settings to see that the phone's battery was worn out! I contacted CCR, the company that provides the 90 day warranty of this phone and they were 100% unhelpful. They stated that they don't do any repairs or replacements of batteries, and the only thing they could do is send me a replacement Preowned iPhone X that would likely have the same issue of a worn out battery. Best Buy support said they could do nothing about it. I am left here with a non fully functional iPhone, My only options are to get a replacement which as CCR stated will likely have the exact same issues, or pay MORE to get the phone fixed.

I came into the store looking to buy a replacement for my archaic iPhone 7 that had finally bit the dust. Thankfully that had this iPhone X that someone had decided not to purchase. So far, so good and zero complaints.

I have been using an android OS device for a few years but switched to an iPhone because that is what people in real estate use. I am more than thrilled with this purchase. It is so easy and intuitive to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get the bug.

It's working so smooth..no complaints at all..I will definitely recommend this product..

Its not like brand new, But its good for just a basic use, Mine had some scretches and its draining battery very fast, But Its okay Product

What more needs to be said. Phone works great and there hasn't been any problems with its use or battery life.

Great value for the price! 256GB storage is the most I ever had in a phone and the phone was in excellent condition. It had 86% battery health but battery life itself performed like it was at 95% battery health. Good deal.

The bluetooth and bottom speaker don’t work. Besides that, everything is fine.

Has a lot of scratches on the screen. It’s pre owned and the previous owner has to do a lot with the phone looks like they never put a screen protecter

Bought the phone last month for my sister, months later it’s not working. The phone takes hour to turn on, I couldn’t open it for 2 days. Went to Best Buy for technical support, they didn’t take any responsibility for the phone. We know Best Buy for selling quality product, but the customer service is worst. If you can’t take responsibility for the product sold on your platform, you shouldn’t sell it. I would not recommend this phone, it will be a waste of money. It’s better to buy a cheaper phone than buying a refurbished/pre-owned phone. Very disappointed with the phone.
