came in perfect condition! came right as described.

I previously purchased a pre owned XR that was in excellent condition but this phone was terrible, the speakers were covered in gunk and so was the silence button, the screen and the back were also terribly scratched. I had an iPhone X before and I loved it which was why I purchased this but I had to return it because of the bad condition it was in, I didn’t even turned it on and of course I got charged $45. Such a rip off I expected more from Best Buy. Save yourself the time and letdown, just buy a new one.

Battery had to be replaced within a week because it was practically dead.

Used iphone x for my daughters first phone. Works great and has minor scratches. Great deal.

Perfect usable size for a phone. Durable and gorgeous chassis at the same time. Screen is really good for its time. One of my favorite phones for sure.

When I purchased this item I kept noticing that the phones battery kept needing to be charged. I found out that it was only charging to a maximum of 77% After NUMEROUS calls to your call center “with no help by them at all” I took the phone back to the store where I purchased it. I got told since it had been 19 days and not within the 14 day window that there was nothing that they would do! This was by a geek squad manager! I contacted Apple that night and they were extremely disappointed in you guys also! He made me an appointment for the next day to have a new battery installed for free of charge like you guys should have done!!!!!!! I will never purchase another item from you guys ever again!

was skeptical at first buying a used phone. But overall the phone looked like new and has work flawlessy. We're Happy with this purchase

Everything about the phone seems perfect at this point. Only issue is the phone seems to have been previously damaged by water, during phone calls incoming voice is muffled, if I was any older or my hearing any worse I would have to return it but other than that it works and I needed a phone ASAP, order and pick up was lightning fast.

Great phone and fast delivery from Best buy! I bought it to replace my Dad’s old iphone and he fell in love as soon as he go it.

Best Buy is clearly, like everything in this country, in a sharp decline. BBY elite, clean updated stores, knowledgeable staff, normal operating hours all gone. Sad to see the decline

This one was 94% so pretty good battery life wasn't bad.

It came with scratches all over the phone and damage in the top corner. I wasnt allowed to look at the phone before purchasing at all. I was also told there was a $45 fee to return it? Talk about a rip off. The phone had battery issues right away and needed a battery replacement.

The display quality is good and the quality is good too.

Excellent product and still works great today after a few years..
