The phone is in great condition, and even though it is pre-owned it is like I’m using a brand new iPhone X. This phone was purchased unlocked, which is a quality I search for when I’m purchasing phones. It has 64G which is how much gigabytes I like a phone to contain. I will definitely purchase pre-owned iPhones at Best Buy.

Only reason is because the battery life does not last long other then that little marks here and there but it work great will follow up after one year of use so far one month of use

This phone has been my favourite model since it has came out. This was my dream phone & I finally got it, so far I love it. It's not too heavy or too light & I prefer its smooth edges over the never phones hard boxy shape. Overall very happy with my order, only disappointment is the battery life came at 72 which is pretty low.

Very Short Battery Life compared to Android cellphones, Touchscreen sometimes not working properly

Bought this for a family member. It is used but came in pretty good condition. Noticed a couple of minor scratches on the screen.

Upon running my phone over in the road I quickly had to find something in Best Buy I had this in stock unlocked and available for my straight talk service to be activated immediately on and with the iCloud line of things I was able to smoothly transfer all of my data in a matter of a few hours I got everything back down to the text messaging last picture took as well as my call log and photos even my voicemails I would say that Apple has figured out the best way for anybody to need to immediately be able to get their stuff out of the phone and into another one it may be a little annoying if you don’t know your password or have all of your ducks in a row but that is just because of the Security side of things and they have a great support team to help you if you need anything on that side of things but other than that the phone is a 10 out of 10 iPhone makes the best phone yeah might be a few years old but that’s what you expect when you pay this kind of price the new iPhone SE came out and I thought I kind of was stupid to get this and not of waited but I need the phone instantly and looking at it now the specs versus this one I still like this one because of the screen size the cameras and the Face ID touchscreen with a home button it’s just so 2015 it’s nice but if your hands are dirty or anything like that you’re so screwed and I’ve come to like face ID and the extra screen

So far works good. Wish the battery was changed prior to selling it to me or at least listing that the battery's health.

Had a few issues with functionality, but once I fixed it ... Started working great and hasn't had any more issues

ordered online, came quickly, the quality was perfect no scratches, refurbished back to original factory settings, excellent memory space. only thing is it is used so the battery is obviously used so it runs out quicker but i do not regret the purchase for the value. great buy!

Phone works good for a refurbish phone, the camera is amazing for an older phone. I’m having fun texting all my friends. The phone charges pretty fast only when I remember to plug it in. I bought a cute hot pink case to protect the phone. This my very first I phone.

Very minor screen defects in the top corner but I barely notice it, does die fairly quickly but overall happy with it.

Purchased for my 17yo after I decided never to get into a device payment plan again . Thw value of this Is awesome. Almost half price what a brand new one cost. It came 2 days late , but to be fair we are in the middle if a pandemic so I'm not too upset about that. It came in immaculate condition, no scratches or dings. The phone would bit get a signal to activate however. I spent almost 8 hours with technical support over a 2 day period and had to go get a new sim card. Neither option helped. The signal bar never showed the phone had a cell signal even though my personal phone on the same account got 5 bars. I returned It with no hassel at all and had to go elsewhere to get another preowned one since bestbuy was out. The new one came and had no issues activating. Thos one was jsut defective.

I finally caved and bought my teenager a phone. She loves it. I like how its just the right size( not too big for your hand and not too small to see what's on the screen). I worried because I bought it used also. It came in and it was in great condition. the only thing that i saw blemished on the phone was the sim card door which someone jammed something in it to open. So far we are happy with our purchase.

Phone works great after we charged it and got our free sim card from our network. We needed a replacement without a trade in for teenagers old i phone 7 that went swimming and was never seen again. It was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. The only problem is that it was dead when we got it so i hope the battery will not be affected. Anyway, teen is happily back in business.

In excellent condition, was hesitant on pre-owned phones but it definitely looked brand new.

Honestly If your looking for a good pre owned phone this one is the one, it has plenty of storage and for the price, it looks pretty solid. No dents or scratches on screen, just a few minor scuffs on the volume side but can barely notice tbh. Does not come with the original charger though or box lol I mean it’s pre owned so what can you expect. I’m not disappointed
