This phone did not work when I got it it was already malfunctioning I thought it could just be a glitch but no it’s more than that and for the price it was not worth it.

The phone didn't work. The antenna inside was broke and should have been checked before sending to a customer.

They lied to me it is new while the phone was preowned. I was kissed when I found out from there website it was not what I paid for as a result I returned it . Don’t lie about what you are selling to the public.

The device I got had a serial number that apple had discarded due to the phone having a crack in the screen. Best Buy should not have even sold it. No one would fix the screen due to the serial number being replaced.

The purchase I received was a reported stolen phone then the second phone I received had cracks and scuffed sides . Probably won’t be making no more purchases with Best Buy again.

Is not satisfe because only 6 monhs. Service and anther no working

The way it is on the Best Buy it’s not like when we use most of the parts not working. Not worth for the money.

THE PHONE WAS SCRATCHED!! NO WAY SHOULD OF THIS PHONE BEEN SOLD LIKE THIS. I RETURNED IT AND THEY CHARGED A $45 RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

Do not buy refurbished. Not worth it. Where can I send to get fixed. Audio quits in the middle of phone calls. Updated and reset, continues to do the same.

iPhone was locked to be use out of the country’ have to pay to unlock’

The phone has a few issues and was definitely a refub. It froze constantly and was an utter nightmare i will not purchase again.

I bought this for my son it has only been 4 months from the purchase date and the phone stopped working

Do not buy used Iphone from Best Buy. Had mine two months touch screen going out. Their warranty sucks. No coverage. Avoid them

I don’t like it and it took so long to get it that I had to send my other phone back wish I didn’t have to keep it!!

Phone was overheating and charger never worked. Why pay for restocking fee when phone never worked correctly. 0 STARS.

I bought this phone refurbished and the screen glitches every three times I unlock it. The power button only pulls up Siri instead of shutting the phone off which is incredibly inconvenient. Spent $400 on a phone that barely works better than my old one.

No warranty. phone broke and cannot use. I am disappointed

product does not work, BestBuy sold a default product and refuses to replace the item, totally unprofessional

Don't waste your money on any of refurbished phones please ..it is a day time robbery here .stay far
