the phone is scratched and the charger does not work

Item was damaged when received. Was expecting Xsmax

This was not an official purchase. It was a theft purchase.

Excellent Iphone for rough usage with very good deal purchased.

Defective phone. Had to return it but got a brand new one.

This phone back up battery is too low I want to return this .last more then 1 week I am sick that’s way I can go to the store what i do now

I bought this phone 1 month ago and now it won't turn on geek squad did a diagnostic and said the phone is perfectly fine and it was just the charger so i bought the exact charger from them they said it needed and still does not work i am very unsatisfied obviously

The phone overheats when charging and running apps. It gets so hot you can’t hold it. I have actually gotten error messages saying it is stopping charging until it cools off. Other than not being able to leave it alone while it is charging, i can’t think of anything bad. Oh, yeah, the “fully charged” battery runs down in a few hours if I am using the phone. Knowing what I know now, I would not have upgraded my phone. On the plus side, and having nothing whatsoever to do with this awful phone, the Best Buy Geek Squad helped me transfer all of the contents from the old phone. Kudos to those guys.

Despite being a 6 year old phone I wouldn’t know it by what I received. The phone is in excellent condition and at a great price. I would definitely purchase another refurbished phone from Best Buy

Bought preowned.. no issues.. awesome phone.. came with a lightning charger and cable… More than enough storage it’s fast, and has great clarity and screen.. I had to buy a case for it, and opted to buy a wireless charger instead of using the lightning charger.

I love the phone it is going on 2 years so far and now I'm back looking for a upgrade if you was hesitant don't be refurbished is my go to!!10/10 would recommend

I was hoping for a higher quality product, but unfortunately the phone I received was not worth the money. It came with visible scuff marks on the body, the battery health was 80%, the phone got extremely hot within 30 minutes of use and the screen was being unresponsive and acting up. Sending this one back because it's a dud.

Phone was in great condition, but battery life is not great. I was hoping to be able to go a full without charging.
