sold to me with a defective battery , couldnt return because i threw away the pre owned box (not original apple box)

the camera quality is really bad. the battery life is very very bad. The sound is so bad that when someone calls you, you can't hear anything they say unless you turn on the speaker. It's bad.

touch screen stopped working a month after purchase.

Really didn’t want to believe the bad reviews on here because I needed a phone ASAP, but I’ve had mine a month and it keeps pulling this ghost touch nonsense on me, to the point that it’s unusable at times. They’re selling duds, and if you’re outside the measly 14-day return window, Best Buy won’t help you. Order elsewhere.

Would not charge or turn on. I followed all online support directions to remedy this problem but nothing worked. Return device and will purchase one from amazon instead as Best Buy did not have another like this one.

For the price, I honestly expected the phone to have a new battery. Other than the 79% battery capacity, the phone was in great shape.

Had to exchange it twice due to failing battery. Third one also had failing battery. I kept it and paid to replace it with a new battery. Epoch fail.

Product arrived on time but has a screen bleed. Item was a Christmas gift so the defect wasn't identified within the return/exchange window. Money wasted.

Phone was broken in many ways will never get anything from here again
