The iPhone was overall in good condition. But one thing is it had a few light scratches on the top left. Nothing to serious but it is to be expected with a refurbished phone.

It was a good buy with good price but didn’t expect this much of scratches at the phone. The previous owner didn’t invest in a phone cover! I managed to cover them with a cover!

Iphone X is great except that I got a preowned and it came with only 80% battery life... I wish I wouldve known that before buying it :(

I was doubtful while ordering a preowned phone. A few of the reviews I had read weren’t good. When my iPhone X arrived early and I opened the box- it looks like a brand new phone. Not one scratch. Every function works. My battery stays charged for a very long time also. This is the best phone I could have gotten. Best Buy - you did a great job!

I was super happy to purchase a pre-used phone because it does everything I need it to and came ready to setup in a quick fashion. Buying a year or two off cycle is cost effective and reduces waste.

Everything about this iPhone X works as expected and its physical condition was great.

First iPhone owned in over decade and I am more than happy with my purchase. This phone arrived in less than a few days , condition was near immaculate & the overall battery capacity on it is 86% which is not terrible given its age. Looking forward to purchasing the iPhone XR for my wife very soon as it’s a no brainer for us working with a budget and getting phones that are the best In the market.
