Great value, the phone was in great condition and worked perfectly!

Pretty good. No cracks, a tiny bit of scratches on the side of the phone, and everything worked perfectly.

I saved a whole lot of money buying this compared to a new one it worked just as good as a good one. It was a great deal for me.

I love my preowned iPhone X! I was using the iPhone se, the original one! It’s such a good feeling knowing that my phone isn’t going to die or shut off on it’s own and then not turn back on sometimes for a day or so. I can’t even tell the iPhone X was preowned, not a scratch on it! I am very happy, and by the way, I love the camera too

Works great! Husband isn't into spending a lot on a phone, and doesn't really use his phone for much. So, when his iPhone X was destroyed in an accident, we replaced it with a refurbished one. Great deal. No complaints.

The iPhone arrived in a very good condition with a new sim. My son put his old Samsung phone sim in the iphone and it work. iPhone works fine so far.

I have been using this phone since i got it delivered and it works perfect! i was a little scared something would be wrong with it and there are no problems. The phone last about 1 1/2 days without constant use but if youre on your phone for long it probably would last up to 20-22 hours.

If I'm being honest it dies super fast only had 81% battery life when I got it but still okay

Minor scratches on the corner and side of the phone but works like new and otherwise perfect!

The assistance I got from Best Buy staff was very good when my iPhone 7 cell battery was failing. While they could not support the phone with parts, they assisted me in getting a new, actually refurbished phone and helped get me pointed in the right direction to resume normal activity . The iPhone X performance thus far has been great and I hope that continues without any hiccups!

I have purchased refurbished gadgets before, and of course you always get what you paid for. They usually don’t last a very long time, but this iPhone however is so awesome that I’m very very sure this will last me like forever :)) It looks pretty much brand new, this is a great way to save some money on expensive products, just buy used.

ordered online, came quickly, the quality was perfect no scratches, refurbished back to original factory settings, excellent memory space. only thing is it is used so the battery is obviously used so it runs out quicker but i do not regret the purchase for the value. great buy!
