My initial review gives it 4 stars overall. It’s exactly what I ordered. There were no cosmetic flaws on the phone. I will be trying out the software and iOS system to see if there are any issues or glitches. So far I am very happy with the phone. My main concern was that it would have minor cosmetic damage like scratches but it looks perfectly brand new. I will update the review if I find any software issues later. Great phone!

I purchased a pre-owned iPhone XR for my son who wanted the same phone and color he had. That was listed as being in excellent condition. However, upon booting up the phone, I immediately noticed screen damage in the top right corner barely able to see the battery percentage. The screen distortion is clearly visible and should not be present on a device described as excellent. While the phone appears to function otherwise, I expected a flawless screen and overall better condition based on the listing. This kind of damage should have been disclosed or the condition rated more accurately. Disappointed with the misleading description and lack of transparency.

I was on the market for a budget refurbished or pre-owned iPhone. Preferably a iPhone XR or later. Thanks to store credit, I was able to purchase this unit direct from the Best Buy website. And despite my concerns about buying a pre owned device, my fears were put to rest when I received my iPhone XR in the mail. The unit I received was in good condition with only a few minor scraps and minor domestic damage. Not a big deal really since it’s impossible to notice when the phone is put in a case. The screen was in perfect condition. And the phone performs perfectly without any technical hiccups or flaws. I highly recommend those on the market for a used iPhone to consider buying from Best Buy. You get a quality device for much less money. Including discontinued models. Also, I received codes to redeem for free trials of Apple Music, Apple News, and Apple TV. Which greatly expands the value of purchasing these products from Best Buy. Overall, highly satisfied with my purchase!

iPhone touch no working properly other than that very good item

Great iPhone XR, great price, good storage and good camera.

Great phone overall. My iPhone 8 Plus finally died and needed a replacement. The XR is almost identical in size with my old phone which I prefer. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the battery is at 77% and will need servicing. I came back the day after I bought it and they would not service it. I get that it’s a used phone. Not sure what Best Buy’s standards are in terms of selling used equipment. Not very high apparently lol. For future reference, check it before purchasing and leaving the store. The phone was completely dead so I had to charge it at home overnight. Also iOS was several versions behind. Oh well. Lesson learned.

It was fast and easy Has a big enough face And love the features

Speed, looks, easy to use, download was fast, fun to play games on.

Nice phone but some features are difficult to use. Price about $100 to much. Should have been less than $400 for an unlocked 3 yr. Old phone. Battery life is 85%:when fully charged. Doesn’t see, to hold charge. Hardly use and need to charge daily.

Amazing phone that was a reliable, fast, iPhone. I recently upgraded, I kind of wish I wouldn’t have now in a way!!

Phone had some scratches when i got it and the battery drains very quickly

This is the 3rd IPhone XR I purchased, a few years ago for my oldest daughter and a few weeks ago for my twin girls. 128Gb, both unlocked phones to use with any carrier, with 3 months free of Apple Music all for a really good price, my twins love it!

Good Items. The camera is clear. Running fast. The prices is reasonable.
