Phone is going strong almost 2 years after getting it but when I first got the phone there was a small white dot at the bottom of the screen. It does not bother me or seem to affect the function of the phone. Over all great for the price

Used to be an amazing phone back in the day but its just too slow for everyday use now. It has too little storage too. Regardless of what people might tell you this will freeze up in everyday use and be slow, especially if you have very little storage left.

Phone was listed as (good). NOT TRUE. This ended up being perfect like new. I love the open box refurbished offering from best buy. I never feel like I am rolling the dice. I know from experience that I'm always getting a good product. This phone is exactly what it is. I also got a charging cord and the charging block. You don't even get that from the big cell phone retailers. I love it

Works amazing ! I love it. Even though it’s an older phone it felt brand new

I went from a IPhone 6 to this phone and wow. I am trying to figure out everything it does. The only thing I do miss on my IPhone 6 is the finger print but I will get use to the face recognition. Camera is so much better also. I got a great deal on this phone because it was previously owned/NOT refurbished.

In perfect conditions, the cellphone works good and I’ve one year with it.

In the beginning I put SIM card in and next day it said no sim so I reinserted it and been working good every since. Phone well taken care of til look almost brand new

It has been over a year since I have purchased this phone in the quality of the phone is still an excellent care even with it being a child’s phone. It still runs good sounds good. Looks good. It came in. Perfect condition was delivered with care and was even charged when I received it.

This cell phone was in a good condition and works really well but unfortunately my little brother doesn’t like it so I had so return it back.

My son loves it. We have had any issues with the phone.
