Bad Battery health! Overheating! Water damage?

(See picture) Overheating! And only 80% battery health. I knew it was a used phone but I guess I thought they did quality control? Spoke with an associate, and they said to come in to the store closest to me and we could start an exchange. So im going in tomorrow and we will see what they can do. Hopefully they honor that I paid for next day shipping. And that I don’t have to go without a phone for much longer.I hope the next one is much better!

And True Tone was still working which means original screen was on.
