Fantastic choice of store to buy. Staffs are very accommodating. I'm really pleased with the phone it is just like new, and the price is so competitive. This unit is my first iphone and planning to buy a new unit in the same store in the near future.

Phone is in good condition as far as no physical defects. they say it disinfected, however the phone came visibly dirt all in ports and speakers. I was shock by this. The phone should have went through a better cleaning process. Cleaning – removes dirt, dust and other soils from surfaces. Sanitizing – removes bacteria from surfaces. Disinfecting – kills harmful bacteria and viruses from surfaces. Sterilizing – kills all microorganisms from surfaces.

Battery life is not great, otherwise it’s as should be.

I purchased this phone to replace my old one, I was so surprised how well this worked despite being a few years old! I love the iphone XR and use it everyday. If your looking for a cheap iphone replacement this is your best bet.

The condition of the phone was very good when we took it out of the box and it worked like it was brand new and haven’t had an issue with it since we purchased.

This was a replacement phone and it looks brand new and works like a new phone, with no signs of wear. Would buy from BB again. Much better than taking a chance with some random website. It has a nice camera, the battery life is really good.

Excellent condition it is working good no problems

The phone was in very good condition. The only issue is that the battery capacity has degraded to 78% and will not reach at least 80% as advertised. Screen perfect, case perfect.

Its been 2years since I bought this phone and Im still using no problem at all it was sometimes logging but because I use it too nonstop. I am happy with my purchased no scratches or anything

My son really wanted an iPhone so I bought him this one. He's very happy with it. I also recently switched from Android to iPhone and am happy with my choice.

Phone is in great condition, no major scratches on the screen but there were small ones on the glass back, but it got covered by my case. Came in a flimsy package so I was concerned about the safety but it was okay. Battery healthy is around 84% which is not ideal but it works. Shipping was fast too, came in about 3 days earlier than expected.

Purchased this item for an elderly family member who's never had a smart phone. They found this easy to use. Although it was secondhand, the device runs smoothly.

I’ve been using the iPhone XR for a while now, and honestly? It still feels like a great phone, even years after its release. First off, the design is simple but classy. The Face ID is fast and reliable, and I’ve had zero issues unlocking the phone in all kinds of lighting. Performance-wise, it runs super smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is no problem, and iOS updates still come regularly, which keeps everything fresh and secure. Battery life? Way better than I expected — it easily gets me through the day with some to spare. The camera may not have all the new bells and whistles, but it still takes really nice photos, especially in daylight. Portrait mode is fun and looks clean. If you’re not chasing the absolute newest model and just want a solid, reliable iPhone that still does everything you need — the XR is a total win. It’s cheaper now, too, which makes it even more appealing.
