One of the best purchases I've made. When I received the phone it was in pristine condition, and it is working wonderfully. It is definitely a must buy at Best Buy.

The phone works great, doesn’t glitch or anything and is great for the price. The only complaint I’d have is that since it’s pre owned the battery will be at a lower life capacity than it would be if it was brand new. So I’ll have to get it changed out at some point but other than that it’s a great phone!

The device was in excellent cosmetic condition. I brought it for my daughter for graduation, and she loves it. I didn't have any issues getting it activated.

Works great for intended purpose. Looks and performs like a new iPhone should.

Phone is going strong almost 2 years after getting it but when I first got the phone there was a small white dot at the bottom of the screen. It does not bother me or seem to affect the function of the phone. Over all great for the price

Phone came in Excellent condition. Great battery life. No scratches or cosmetic problems at all. Delivery was less then a week.

I finally let my kids & others talk me into an IPhone. Still learning where things are and what to and not to do on the phone, but the purchase from Best Buy was at least a good start toward a relatively painless conversion to apple. The refurbished phone was as described, delivery was on time, and the price was definitely right. I have progressed to the point that I can now recommend IPhone and the service and great customer service at Best Buy is definitely to be recommended.

For being a refurbished unit it is quite good. Only downsides are that the unit I received was very dirty and that the battery only has 80% capacity left in it. However these (for me) are not deal breakers as a Clorox wipe can be used to clean it well and battery replacements from Best Buy are only $50. If you are on a budget and want an iPhone, I highly suggest getting this.

Phone works great, only had a slight like smudge/scratch on top of screen. Was able to connect to my carrier service very easy. Able to use multiple apps at same time with no issues, reaction time is excellent, no lag. Only issue is the battery, it takes like almost 2 hrs to charge and that’s when you are not using the phone.

This cell phone was in a good condition and works really well but unfortunately my little brother doesn’t like it so I had so return it back.

I purchased this for my son and he is very satisfied with this product. Affordable product that didn't break the bank and was a definite upgrade from his old phone.

Phone was listed as (good). NOT TRUE. This ended up being perfect like new. I love the open box refurbished offering from best buy. I never feel like I am rolling the dice. I know from experience that I'm always getting a good product. This phone is exactly what it is. I also got a charging cord and the charging block. You don't even get that from the big cell phone retailers. I love it

This is a beautiful phone—looks brand new to me, even though it has been refurbished. My former phone was a 6S with 16G memory. This one has 8 times the amount of memory storage. Really simplifies taking and storing photos and videos. I had to do a lot of downloading and erasing with the other one. Even though this is an iPhone, it has similar functionality as the older one—in other words, I don’t need to go to class to figure out how to operate it! I am pleased with the price and with the quality of this New (to me) phone!

Great phone. Honestly I think people sleep on phones from Best Buy. You can literally get a phone from Best Buy for $300 during your carrier “trade anything in” deal and then immediately upgrade to a brand new phone for free because the phone you spent $300 on traded in for $800. Use best buy has been my favorite place to shop since I got money!

Nice phone would have liked to have been able to inspect it prior to purchase. Phone was sealed in a plastic case with a charging cable and power brick. Very minor scratches on the screen and outer case. I thought everyone immediately placed phone in a case upon purchase. But seriously great value for the price point!

I love the look, takes great pictures, easy for an older person to use and see the letters. Now my grandchildren tell me that I’m up to date with my phone, lol
