One of the main reasons I bought this phone from Best Buy was to have the Geek Squad available since I live 6 miles from a store. They backed up and transferred everything from my old phone and put on the screen protector. I had to visit them another two times since I kept receiving error messages and they resolved both issues. The phone is easy to use once I learned a few hacks thanks to You Tube, it looks and feels good, and overall a great bargain.

My son really wanted an iPhone so I bought him this one. He's very happy with it. I also recently switched from Android to iPhone and am happy with my choice.

When I bought the phone online it was ready within thirty minutes. The XR was in perfect condition, With the battery life at one hundred percent "how rare". Camera looks 10/10 and takes 10/10 pictures. I can't upload any but promise there good. Have no dislikes about the product would get again or maybe an upgrade.

Bought this for my dad a while ago, got him the whole setup with a case and protector. He loves it, it’s his first iphone and it’s a crazy step up from the old androids he had been using. Super user friendly and for it to be a refurbished iphone it was in great condition. He’s had 0 complaint.

Battery is not long lasting and advertisement was not clear that this was a used phone. I also received no owner’s manual. Would elect to purchase a new phone next time. The phone changes light density from bright to dark on its own and I have to change it back. The case is so thick it is difficult to push the buttons. Would elect to purchase a phone in person and not online in the future.

I had a IPhone that I bought new in 2016. I hate spending so much money on a phone. Especially since they cost about $34 to make or so I have been told. This phone does everything I need . I never thought I would buy an out of the box phone , but this one is great. I may never buy a new phone again
