I’ve been using the iPhone XR for a while now, and honestly? It still feels like a great phone, even years after its release. First off, the design is simple but classy. The screen is bright, colorful, and big enough for videos, reading, and scrolling — even though it’s not OLED, you really don’t miss it unless you’re picky. The Face ID is fast and reliable, and I’ve had zero issues unlocking the phone in all kinds of lighting. Performance-wise, it runs super smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is no problem, and iOS updates still come regularly, which keeps everything fresh and secure. Battery life? Way better than I expected — it easily gets me through the day with some to spare. The camera may not have all the new bells and whistles, but it still takes really nice photos, especially in daylight. Portrait mode is fun and looks clean. If you’re not chasing the absolute newest model and just want a solid, reliable iPhone that still does everything you need — the XR is a total win. It’s cheaper now, too, which makes it even more appealing.

I bought a refurbished iPhone XR (or X something -an 11) sales people who helped me were wonderful. That said my learning curb after getting home had been painful. Luckily I have a tech friend willing to help. Everything is coming along fine but my battery runs down before end of day even as I think I am always properly closing apps as I finish using. I will probably go back to my Baton Rouge store and see what they say. I always buy at Best Buy because they are the best -at least for me who is not a an expert with technology

Purchased this phone as an upgrade to my little sister who had an iphone7 and it was already too slow for her. This iPhone model is perfect in 2022 for a 7th grader. Perfect size, better price than a brand new iPhone and the still runs at reliable speed!

I would have given 5 stars but item was received loose in the packaging with no box and packaging was open. However item is still in good condition and its an awesome phone so u get 4 stars. Tyvm

We bought this for our 15 year son since his old camera stopped charging and plugged in head phones wouldn't work. Nice phone, in good condition and working as expected.

This is my first purchase for a refurb item thru BestBuy. I was anticipating showing Scuff marks or scratches, but it is in excellent condition. Later found out that T-Mobile is selling the same phone (brand new) for about the same price..

This XR iphone works well. I had an Iphone 13, but it was destroyed in an unfortunate accident and did not want to spend a lot on a new phone. This iphone XR is a close replacement.

This phone to use in Europe because my current Apple device does not have a physical SIM. It worked perfectly and flawlessly throughout my entire seven day trip.

You wouldn’t even know this phone was pre-owned. There aren’t any scratches or fingerprints. The battery health is at 92, but isn’t a big deal to me. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it. (I’ve only had it for 2 weeks).

Totally worth it. It lasted me from the time of purchase all the way until I upgraded in 2025 to the 16E
