This XR iphone works well. I had an Iphone 13, but it was destroyed in an unfortunate accident and did not want to spend a lot on a new phone. This iphone XR is a close replacement.

My older phone had suddenly blacked out on me & I couldn’t afford to wait on another phone to be shipped to me. Best Buy came in clutch! My XR works like it’s brand new and I haven’t had any problems with it thus far. The price was reasonable to me as well.

So far so good! Excellent condition. I always kind of hold my breath when buying a used product but I am very impressed with the phone. No scratches, no sign of wear. Also happy with the X R.

This phone arrived in great shape with no visible scratches or dings, which I was worried about as this was a gift. My complaint is that the battery life is poor, which I guess is to be expected on older phones, but this wasn’t cheap so I expect it to last a long time.

the product is in good condition. the color is good and less damaged. it is delivered on time. charging cable was included with apple offers.

Bought for my niece as she was begging for an iPhone because she's entering high school and didn't want an android anymore, *eye roll* teenagers lol Packaging was a little suspicious and a little more sturdy packaging would have been great, other than that phone came in pristine condition, had a problem with the sim card, but that got resolved easily with mobile carrier.

I love this phone it came in handy in a time in need.

I’ve had this phone for a while now. It has been a great phone, lots of storage, great pictures, easy to use.

Excellent phone. I had one previously that’s why I purchased this one. it is a little slower than the old one I had. Maybe because it’s refurbished. Battery does not last very long.

I purchased a pre owned iPhone 14 Plus and it works great. It’s like new. I replaced my iphone11.

Does exactly what it needs to with all the snappiness expected from iPhones. This was actually a downgrade from a previous iPhone that was lost, but there's really no noticable difference in performance since it isn't being used to play graphically intensive games... just a solid iPhone.

This phone came just as brand new. Works really well and my son love it. No scratches at all.

Our son's old phone quit working. He is an iPhone fan all the way, so we looked for options that were a reasonable price, but also have everything he was looking for. Glad that Best Buy had a pre-owned XR. He is very satisfied with the phone, and I am glad to not have payments for the next two years :)

Not a scratch on it , easy transfer over and works flawlessly . Very happy .

Good phone and cheap. It's a not new phone but is what I need for a good price and look like a new one.

Everything functions on this phone but the included battery is at 88% so they left the original battery in it instead of it being completely Refurbished. That's the only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars. Refurbished to me means that everything Worn should be replaced but overall, Im happy with it....

The phone was in good condition and got the phone when we had asked for it and had no problem when connecting the phone to our server

We wanted a quality unlocked phone and were able to acquire a pre-owned phone at considerable savings.

Everything was good, it have some scratches, but the battery condition was a 78%, that although it was a used phone should be better to sell it.

We bought this used iPhone and it was good as new. For being so old, the camera quality was really good, the only difference to the new phones is the zoom and focus, but besides that, the images are really clear. The phone feels light and smooth.
