great phone , affordable price , excellent works like new

Phone was very clean and neatly packaged. Charger was included. It was easy to set up and worked as expected. The next day I purchased another one for my daughter's birthday.

I purchased this phone for my husband. The entire family has an Apple phone. It’s a good investment when your children are moving around at school or at play. Great product

My phone arrived a day early, but the packaging was poor and ripped up. The phone cosmetically on the outside looked perfect, but when I turned the phone on, there is a spot on the screen where the lcd had given out. This caused the touch feature of the screen to not work, right on the top row of the keyboard. I’m not sure if this happened in transit or the phone was like this before they sent it out, so I just bit the bullet and got the screen replaced myself.

I love it, I bought two of these phones for my children, I didn't want anything expensive, but I was looking for a little quality. We loved it, it came in perfect condition and 7 months later it is still perfect

I was surprised at the flaws in the appearance of the refurbished phone. I knew that refurbished phones could possibly have visible defects, but wasn't expecting what I received. I ordered the red, and there are several chips out of the red coating, showing the silver color underneath. The mute button has a chunk of out it. There are a few scratches on the glass screen, which causes the screen protector to bubble in those areas. The charger that was included is aftermarket - not Apple. The phone works though, which is the main reason I'm giving 3 stars, rather than returning the phone.

iPhones ere in short supply, so I purchased a refurbished model. Because my previous phone was missing i had to start over in terms of transfer of data, etc. A little challenging, but now the phone is working well and i am pleased with the purchase

I bought for my niece to as an upgrade from her iphone 6 after she managed to shatter both sides of her phone. It arrived a day early so I was happy about that. Took the phone to get turned on and everything checked out fine. It had a slight scratch on it but that wasn't a problem, my niece is no doubt going to do worse damages in the future.

My previous XR phone was stolen at an airport. Since this phone is not made anymore I purchased a pre-owned and certified XR. Everything works well. I couldn’t be happier. Many kudos to the Best Buy Gilroy CA salesperson Cali who helped me.
