Gorgeous LCDscreen. Haptic engine is snappy. LCD screen looks better sometimes and other times OLED looks better. OLED is more color saturated but thats not necessarily a good thing all of the time. Its a trade off. Amazing quality phone.

Really good and reliable phone my son loves it. Customer service was amazing and very quick and had all the answers i needed. I was in and out i had no problem setting up the phone quick and easy.

iPhone XR 128gb is good option, but the charging cable and adapter are not original Apple. It take a long time charging

The product came all full of scratches and with small dents in the corners. I returned it the same day I received it. But Bestbuy's service was not nice. I do not recommend buying pre-owned at Bestbuy.

the worst shopping experience, I recommend not to do it, product in poor condition, customer service does not solve if you change or return they make you pay $ 45, bad experience for a customer of years. Scratched screen.

I bought that unclocked device and found out that i cant hear anything from other side. So the speaker was already damaged although the phone was labeled as Excellent. I had to spend more money afterwards to fix it. Bad buy.

The phone arrived with scratches all around the edges. The glass edges around the camera are chipped. So frustrating to wait over a week and then get a phone in this condition. This phone looked like it was never taken care of the previous owner. A simple $12 case would have prevented this kind of thing. Best Buy should not allow this kind of product to be sold though their website. I will return this phone.

I am on the phone with BestBuy as I just purchased this phone for $459 and the phone came with gunk in all crevices and it seemed as it was previously opened and glued back poorly. Hope they can help.

Needed a phone and bought this. I’ve bought used phones from Best Buy before with no problems. This XR is in good shape, no scratches or dings. Phone has 86% battery life. Comes with charger and cable.
