Needed a phone and bought this. I’ve bought used phones from Best Buy before with no problems. This XR is in good shape, no scratches or dings. Phone has 86% battery life. Comes with charger and cable.

A deep scratch about 1 inch scratch on the front screen! Gonna return it.

I’ve been using the iPhone XR for a while now, and honestly? It still feels like a great phone, even years after its release. First off, the design is simple but classy. The screen is bright, colorful, and big enough for videos, reading, and scrolling — even though it’s not OLED, you really don’t miss it unless you’re picky. The Face ID is fast and reliable, and I’ve had zero issues unlocking the phone in all kinds of lighting. Performance-wise, it runs super smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is no problem, and iOS updates still come regularly, which keeps everything fresh and secure. Battery life? Way better than I expected — it easily gets me through the day with some to spare. The camera may not have all the new bells and whistles, but it still takes really nice photos, especially in daylight. Portrait mode is fun and looks clean. If you’re not chasing the absolute newest model and just want a solid, reliable iPhone that still does everything you need — the XR is a total win. It’s cheaper now, too, which makes it even more appealing.

I Loved this item, even though it was refurbished it was in great condition and i picked it up very efficiently. Despite it being an old model it worked great !

I bought it used and honestly, I was surprised. The iPhone feels good, runs smoothly, and for a second-hand device it’s in really good condition. The battery lasts well enough, the camera still delivers, and overall it turned out to be a solid purchase.

The rear camera glass came broken but other than that the phone worked perfectly and I absolutely loved it while I had it. For being pre owned it was in overall good condition and worked awesome

Phone was in excellent condition!! I didn't expect it to be in that good condition. Even the battery life was satisfactory unlike the other phones on market. Only disappointing thing was that the charging cable inside the box was not the actual Apple one.

The phone is pretty nice with no signs of scratches. There was a little bit of dirt around the back camera. But it was not a big issue. The battery health was evaluated by the system at 84%. Decent, but I guess I might change it soon.

I was originally skeptical about buying this from the few reviews about a "scratched screen", but decided to try this anyways from the majority of 5 star reviews. (After all, it is a "used phone", so my expectations were not that high). For starters, I love how they included a FREE SIM card key inside the package. The screen's appearance did seemed LIGHTLY used, and this phone looks like it's in great condition overall! I was very pleased with how smooth this phone has been running so far. Impressed with the long battery life. No problems at all with the "face recognition" feature -- but then again, I could care less if it didn't work after having a malfunctioning iPhone 6S for almost 4 years. Camera quality is amazing! Out of this pleasant experience, I trust this seller and I am super happy I finally upgraded to a better iPhone. 5/5 stars for sure.

Works fine -- besides the money savings, it's nice to keep an older model in use rather than keep making new e-waste.

It worked out the box, no I cloud lock a very little cosmetic damage (just scuffs which is normal). Battery life was at 80% capacity but it’s a backup phone so not bothered by it but would of been nice if it had an actual replacement for that

I got this phone as a back up phone until I fixed my broken phone and it was great didn’t have much problems with it

Got my daughter one for Christmas it’s perfectly fine & she got a hello kitty case to go with it

When I first ordered this phone I was a little skeptical. But I ended up ordering it and it came on time and on the respected property. Surprisingly It came in amazing condition I could even say perfect. The Face ID is phenomenal, camera is on point, and charges fast (could be b/c of the charger I use) even till this day along with the entire software of the phone. I receive each software/ system update regularly and when I update my phone it still functions very well. I’ve heard a lot of controversy surrounding refurbished phones but so far with my experience I rate it 100/10 and I def recommend.
