    We recently purchased this phone for our son's birthday present. The experience was great, service was great, but at no time were we told that the phone was a refurbished phone when we were at the store. All in all, the phone works fine and my son loves it. just a little disappointing when you think you purchased a new phone.

    Phone works fine, the screen was a little more banged up/scratched than I imagined. It also does not come in an original apple box. It comes in a generic box with generic usb cable and square charger.

    The phone is not good for international carrier. Claimed it was unlock upon bought but it was not after insert sim card - other than that its a working phone.

    I urgently needed a new phone and didn’t want to spend an outrageous amount. Hesitant to buy refurbished but I’m very glad I did. The phone was in excellent shape, no cosmetic damage- looked as if it had never been used. Battery health was at 95%. All around great purchase.
