Don't purchase any refurbished in my opinion

I just think buying refurbished anything is now a huge mistake. This was a problem from the begining and I was told to reset it as I needed a phone I found i needed to reset it constantly. till within three weeks it played out. I would not again recommend buying a refurbished phone ever after this experience, However I am dealing with corporate to see if they can refund or do something other than fix this phone. I feel it was not properly examined when someone traded it in.

Do not buy "renewed"

Also the charger cord that came with the phone doesn’t work. I called Best Buy customer service and an appointment was scheduled for the geek squad to look at it. Geek squad said they could give me a refund. I don’t want a refund or to go without a phone. Unhappy with this purchase all the way around.

Display screen is wonderful so is the battery life on the XR and just really great.
