There were marks on the front. Also, it list charger and cable provides. These were not factory spec. Cheap knockoffs that unfortunately give the message to “not be supported”.

Just because they're preowned. It probably could have been fixed but Apple would probably give you a better one instead.

Returned due to screen a speakers.

I asked if it was tested the salesman said it was and it’s working perfectly. I’m really disappointed
