It’s a good phone but I couldn’t use it on with my service provider. I thought it was unlocked like it was stated but I guess not because I can’t use it

Its ok for a backup phone i lost my phone and had no insurance. Decided to get this one and it gets the job done

Did not like this phone at all it lagged and would freeze for no reason at all.

I loveeee this case! But I am still scared to drop my phone it feels as if it will STILL BREAK because of all the exposure. I still am happy with my purchase and and hopeful it will live to its drop tests.

The first 2 weeks it was perfect. And then literally right after the return period ends it starts having charging problems. It barely charges if at all. This is nothing but a scam do not buy if you value your money.

I bought this for a friend who obviously didn’t care what kind of condition it was in, Best Buy should not have even attempted to sell that phone it was all scratched up and it was a mess. If I sold it on one of the apps I would’ve been lucky to get $100 for the kind of condition that phone was in, shame on you Best Buy!! Geek squad Hass to do a better job of certifying those phones.

The battery was health was about 60%, im surpiesed they sold the phome woth that nattery health. Not worth it

Overheats and cuts off during usage. Battery doesn’t last long and charger charges slow.

It doesn’t keep a charge super well, but other than that it is fine. Replaced a broken phone in a pinch.

I was sold a defective product. After getting it, it worked for a couple of days then screen became unresponsive. I tried returning but since I couldn’t delete my data the store didn’t accept it. I had to spend additional money to have the screen replaced! Never again I am buying a refurbished phone from your store.

I purchased this phone 3 weeks prior to it having any complications. The issues range from it not allowing me to set up Apple pay to web pages not loading. Buying certified refurbished is a gamble, especially when the return window is less than 30 days, unless you have the Best Buy total tech rewards membership. The manager Chris was not very enthusiastic or helpful about assisting me within his means.

Just wanted to say thanks! Great phone and it made my son VERY happy!! He really likes it. Was a great bday gift. Still working out well for him. Recommend!!! Not having any issue with battery so that is a +!!

The phone I got is dirty and all scratched up. Definitely not worth it when you can get a brand new one with $100 more. Horrible product. Not to mention the restocking fee. $45 dollars to return a refurbished phone ???!!!!! Unacceptable.

There were few scratches on the front screen. Very disappointed purchase for the price.

I love the phone! It was a smaller screen than I thought but that’s ok. I love it! It’s in perfect working order and is compatible with my cricket plan. Thank you Best Buy!

Overall since having my XR, I have been able to connect with my peers and family much easier and quicker too. I couldn't switch back to any other iPhone lower than the XR because I'm in love with the color and the size.
