I immediately returned it. I would never buy a used phone. Especially as the price was the same as for a brand new iPhone. I lost my trust in Best Buy. So I bought a new iPhone elsewhere.

It also had makeup embedded on ear speaker. Had to return, worst thing ever. Do not buy used!!!!

Terrible refurbished phone

Very poor refurbishment job. Only a 2 week return period, so when phone started malfunctioning at the end of a month, no recourse.

It’s for my son so it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend this for any adult. I have had my iPhone XR for years now and it’s in better shape than this phone.
