Was exactly what I hoped for, no damage to the phone whatsoever. I needed something last minute and I came across this great deal, although I’ve never bought a used phone through Best Buy it was indeed a great purchase and choice.

I was expecting it to be way worse for what it was, pretty decent for the price though. Overall it's a 8 out of 10 for performance.

iPhone XR, preowned, received as ordered. Item was received in good condition and is functioning as expected after adding SIM card.. One note, battery efficiency as received is 89%, not too surprising for a preowned phone.

Needed an upgrade since the microphone on my 7 Plus went out. So far the phone is working nicely. I'm loving the battery and camera. My cellphone signal is also better. Hopefully, it lasts as long as my 7 Plus did

If you are looking to upgrade your iPhone but don't want to spend the money on a brand new one or make payments on your cell phone bill for years then look into the refurbished iPhone! Great buy, not perfect but definitely worth the money!

Phone was in pristine condition. Just like I bought a brand new phone.

I actually purchased 4 refurbished iPhone XR (128 GB) - (2) Coral; (1) Blue; (1) Red. Two were for my children to use as “iPods”, no line assigned to them. The other two were for my parents who finally upgraded from the iPhone SE (original). All arrived in pristine condition. Battery life excellent on all of them - 100%. My dad’s phone had a really small superficial scratch on the screen but you really had to look for it. I outfitted them all with glass screen protectors as well as camera lens protectors. All devices were confirmed to be unlocked. Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock “No SIM restrictions”. Saved a bit of money!!! No activation fee since I just transferred SIM cards from parents’ SE into XR. NOTE: This was done since both devices are 4 LTE. 5G phones need an updated SIM card (e.g. My wife going from iPhone 8 to iPhone 12 Pro Max). Nothing wrong with buying refurbished. But you should buy from reputable companies. I definitely will buy future phones this way. No need for the latest model.
