iPhone was brand new with no issues. Bought this for my 10 year old daughter to play games and WiFi only. Works great. Been a month.

The phone came on time and packaged nicely. i’ve had it for a little over 5 months and I haven’t had any problems! i’m pretty sure mine is refurbished, so i was worried it would break after a few weeks but it didn’t :) it came in perfect condition (no scratches or dents or cracks) if something else happens i’ll update my review :) i wanted to add a note about why i rated the battery life a 4. the battery lasts significantly longer than my old phone did. but the battery health is only around 86% i think. but a full charge will still last me over a day.

Excellent product, MOST EXCELLENT (and PATIENT) salesperson/tech, Chad!! Made an extremely stressful situation (having to get a new cellphone and transfer data) calming and pleasurable.

Maybe other people will have better luck than me… To begin with the first phone had a battery life of 85% I bought this phone and had problems right away. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement phone right away. I received the second phone and had a very hard time getting it activated…finally after a couple hours, it was hooked up. Then…more problems! This phone had a 80% battery life. Needless to say I was able to buy a BRAND NEW iPhone XR else where for only 10 more. I would definitely pass on the used XR since there are too many XR’s with a whole lot of the same microphone problems.

I got this used item for my grand son for his birthday. Nice phone but the cost is too high.

Came thru looked new came on yhr day expected. Tje geek squad helped us place the order took time answwimg questions . Best buy crystal lake never does us wrong .

Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the charger is not an official Apple charger and I’ve heard sometimes software upgrades will make unofficial chargers quit working. We’ll see.
