    Sound quality is average. No 1/8" phone jack. Chip at the bottom of the face plate. Swipe up has a knock. Not thrilled by this phone.

    I had no issues with the used packaging. I was happy that it came with a charging cable and brick. The part I was disappointed with was the condition of the phone itself. The camera casing was clearly damaged. Pre-owned is one thing, a damaged casing is another. Wasn't really happy. When you purchase pre-owed from other vendors, they give you a quality rating. It would have been nice to have that. I would have paid additional to have a device in better condition.

    The phone works absolutely great. I am so happy I was able to get the phone as quick as I could. Ordered and received on the same day. Works way better than my old phone. Had the XR before and I love it still.
